The Animal Adoption Management System was developed for an animal welfare organization responsible for managing multiple partner shelters. Although the original system implemented essential features such as user authentication, animal listings, and adoption request processing, it faced significant usability, functionality, and administrative limitations that prevented it from fully meeting the organization’s operational requirements.

To address these challenges, the client requested a comprehensive redesign and enhancement of both the public-facing website and the administrative system. The primary objectives were to improve user experience, streamline operational workflows, enhance system reliability, and establish a scalable architecture capable of supporting future growth.

The redevelopment focused on modernizing the user interface, resolving critical functional issues, implementing missing modules, optimizing existing processes, and introducing a structured multi-user access system with role-based permissions.

The completed system provides a modern, intuitive, and efficient platform that significantly improves animal record management, adoption processing, volunteer coordination, donation tracking, and administrative reporting, enabling the organization to manage its operations more effectively across multiple shelters.
